Responsibilities
- Conduct functional design workshops and collaborate with project teams to ensure that the creation of design specifications is a successful translation of client requirements, steering client requirements and prioritizing needs over wants.
- Deliver innovative solutions to address business challenges by aligning with customer needs, leveraging technology, addressing process gaps, and overcoming cultural barriers.
- Effectively communicate technical problems and solutions across different audiences.
- Engage with solution engineering teams to support, validate and help respond to technical and business enquiries.
- Aid in conducting comprehensive gap analyses, highlighting the current state, future objectives, client requirements, and best practices.
- Foster credibility at all levels with clients while cultivating problem‑solving partnerships with both clients and colleagues.
