- Responsible for managing the ServiceNow platform including configuration, upgrades, user access, and performance tuning.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking basics, load balancers, SSL certificates, and integrations with enterprise tools.
- Experience in ITSM modules, platform security, workflow/UI policies,ACLs, and troubleshooting infra-related issues.
Good to have:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL v4
Foundation.
