Job description Mission We are committed to driving continuous improvement within our global ServiceNow platform. By optimizing workflows and enhancing user experiences, we empower both end users and the support team. This role plays a key part in identifying root causes of system issues and implementing proactive solutions to prevent/minimize future occurences. Responsibilities Platform Administration & Optimization Configure, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Security Operations. Oversee upgrades, patches, and system releases while ensuring seamless business continuity. Develop and refine workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and scheduled jobs for enhanced functionality.
