Your mission

• Test, validate, install, commission, and supervise Block Override solar inverter stations according to specifications
• Resolve technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and lead root cause analysis
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as the main contact between customers and Block Override
• Lead operational processes for health & safety, quality, schedule, and cost in service business
• Coordinate with contractor site management to ensure compliance with Block Override procedures and track stock/ service costs
• Oversee replacement of parts and manage service tasks with partners

Your profile

• Product knowledge of solar inverters, transformers, and modules, with business process experience
• Experience working on‑site in various weather and environmental conditions
• Adheres to proper Lock-out-tag-out (LOTO) practices and procedures
