Service Technician - Mechanical (Puerto Princesa, Philippines)

As a Service Technician – Mechanical at Aggreko, you will manage our power equipment, focusing on operation and maintenance of diesel generators, gas generators, load banks, chillers, AC, and cooling towers to optimize fleet performance with preventive and condition‑based maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair generators and associated engine components.
• Troubleshoot and conduct detailed fault analysis.
• Support and maintain autonomous & maintenance planning in line with Total Predictive Maintenance.
• Ensure maximum plant availability and optimal equipment condition.
• Ensure the Permit to Work system is fully implemented as per ESR.
• Lead on company QHSE/ESR policies and procedures on sites.
• Assist in developing new employees, including providing site induction.
