We are looking for an experienced  Service Technician / Installer to join an expanding team. Company specialise in commercial garage doors and shutters.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance of roller doors to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults.
• Installation of motors for roller doors.
• Preventative maintenance servicing.
• Taking ownership of installations and service outcomes from start to finish.
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client enquiries professionally.

About You:

• Minimum 2+ years relevant trade experience (e.g. Field Service Technician, Electrician, Welder, Fitter or related trade)
• Strong knowledge of garage doors, openers and associated hardware.
• Solid understanding of construction principles and manufacturing processes.
