Job Description

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week). The role requires flexibility, including regular travel (nationwide), occasional weekend work, and the ability to respond to urgent service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, and maintain advanced processing and packaging machinery
  • Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults
  • Perform preventative maintenance, servicing, rebuilds, and equipment upgrades
  • Interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics at a component level
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers
  • Deliver operator and maintenance training to customer personnel
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate service records and reporting
