The Service Technician is responsible for performing service, repair, and preventive maintenance work on automatic door systems in accordance with company standards and customer expectations. This role requires adherence to safety and quality guidelines, working within defined standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operating under close supervision. The technician must demonstrate basic technical skills related to hand tools, service processes, and maintain company fleet vehicle responsibly. This entry level role is for individuals who are working towards or have recently completed their AAADM certification and is working under close supervision. The role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to support effective teamwork and customer service.
