Job Description
Overview
The Service Technician diagnoses, repairs, maintains, and inspects equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. This role supports customer productivity through high-quality technical service delivered in both shop and field environments, while adhering to company safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements. The Service Technician works collaboratively with Parts, Service Advisors, and fellow technicians and represents the Company’s commitment to safety, professionalism, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Service & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Technical Service & Repair: Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements.
- Technical Service & Repair: Test and verify equipment performance following service.
