Job Description

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems (Pedestrian) is a global leader in access solutions, renowned for our innovation, integrity, and commitment to quality.

We are seeking a Service Technician to deliver a range of service and maintenance activities, including installation, repair, emergency breakdown response, and other maintenance services across the Company’s product range. The technician's role will involve working with automatic doors and related systems. This role is based in Wellington.

What You’ll Do

  • Install, repair, and maintain the AAES Doors product range.

  • Liaise with customers and Service Coordinators regarding repairs, installations, and site issues.

  • Complete paperwork and documentation in line with quality and timeliness standards.

  • Maintain work tools, PPE, and comply with WHS and company policies at all times.

  • Work flexibly, including callouts, overtime, and out-of-hours requirements.
