Service Planning & Coordination
Coordinate workflows across Technical Service, Workshop, and Spare Parts operations.Support daily and weekly field service planning in collaboration with Service Managers.Schedule field service activities and ensure customer confirmations.Create, manage, and track service requests, tickets, and reports via CRM systems.Monitor periodic maintenance schedules and ensure timely follow‑ups.Provide operational support to Global Marine Hub activities.Systems, Reporting & Administration
