Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of multiple wind farms, ensuring optimal turbine performance and adherence to budgetary constraints. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and workforce deployment. Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate turbine performance, resource utilization, and safety compliance. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to QSE standards. Collaborate with the planning team to ensure resource availability and alignment with operational targets. Maintain open communication with customers, addressing concerns related to turbine performance and service quality. Lead and develop a team of Service Technicians, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
