Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Deposit & Payments Operations Specialist to join a leading financial services organization. This individual will support the processing, investigation, and resolution of ATM deposit and withdrawal disputes while ensuring transactions and service requests are completed accurately and within established SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve ATM deposit and withdrawal disputes.
- Process transactions, service requests, and operational activities with a high degree of accuracy.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and improve processes.
- Reconcile discrepancies, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Support change initiatives, process improvements, and operational excellence efforts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
