We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Quotes Coordinator to join our service team on a 12 Months Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave. What You'll Be Doing
As our Service Quotes Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Service Team by ensuring quotations, purchase orders and invoicing are managed efficiently and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing, issuing and managing customer quotations
Monitoring outstanding quotations and following up with customers where required
