Service Project Coordinator

A Day in the Life
- Attend pre‑tender site meetings and prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates and participate in tender reviews
- Coordinate all bid requirements (bonds, deposits, certificates, CCDC documents, references)
- Maintain and update the shop drawing log; review drawings and submittals
- Review contracts for accuracy prior to signing
- Liaise with the General Contractor to expedite drawings and information
