Service Operations LATAM is responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of wind turbines, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability of wind farms across the region. The team focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality field service operations, while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, safety, and financial performance.

The department manages end-to-end service delivery, including customer relationships, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple countries. It collaborates closely with sales, engineering, and integral support teams to ensure contractual commitments are met and to enhance overall fleet performance and long-term asset reliability.
