Based in Newcastle, this role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence across Tech Services, Generator Service, Onsite Delivery, Hire, and Sales operations.

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for optimising day-to-day service delivery, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable execution while driving team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily operations of Tech Services, Generator Service, Onsite Delivery, Hire, and Sales teams.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources (labour, equipment, subcontractors) to ensure works are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
