About the Role

Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Marketing Manager to join our award-winning team at any of our major branches across QLD. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

As a Service Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and Manage the market offerings for Service that drive revenue growth whilst achieving key business financial performance metrics including profit, cashflow and balance sheet impact.
  • Manage the Dealer exchange portfolio to balance revenue growth against dealer capacity and inventory turns
  • Support the IBP process for components through understanding customer demand and establishing primary and secondary market offerings to meet demand irrespective of dealership capacity constraint
  • Work with Caterpillar to ensure Cat Reman offering and inventory is adequate to meet the local needs of our customers and industries
