Welldone Mechanical Services is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to manage and oversee the daily operations of our commercial & light industrial service department. We are a locally owned and operated company in Saskatoon, SK, providing HVAC, plumbing and electrical services since 1998.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operation of the service department
- Promote a positive workplace culture and provide leadership and direction to the team, with training and evaluation of job performance
- Quality assurance of all service reports (auditing for quality and consistency)
- Support technicians in the field with estimating, questions and customer needs
- Schedule service and maintenance; manage service projects and maintenance agreements
