To manage the workshop to its full potential and assist the Branch manager in his/her functions.

This position reports to Director Retail Operations.

• Disciplinary procedures.
• Conduct interviews.
• Manage staff development – Training matrix of staff.
• Prioritizing workload.
• Plan shifts, standby.
• Compile reports.
