Service Manager
, you are the educational heartbeat of the center. This is not a back-office role. You will be visible, active, and directly responsible for the quality of learning that keeps students coming back.
Deliver a consistently premium educational experience aligned to the Wall Street English methodology.
Guide and support students through their learning journey — from first lesson to program completion.
Teach lessons, Encounters, Social Club activities, and complementary classes as needed.
Maintain IT assets, center visual presentation, and supply inventory.
