Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure personal and sustainable support of our key accounts in customer service
- Take responsibility for all activities and ensure their professional execution in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Develop and sell comprehensive service solutions, retrofits and maintenance contracts
- Monitor and identify trends in the financial metrics of our key accounts
- Develop and implement action plans for the strategic development of customer relationships
- Actively support product management in developing new customer-service-oriented products
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical or plant engineering with an international focus
- Completed technical vocational training with further qualifications as an engineer (FH/University) or as a certified technician (HF)
- Business/economics training is a valuable plus
