Service Engineer (Warehouse, RMA & Logistics)

Full-time Engineering

We are seeking a Service Engineer to support warehouse operations, inventory management, RMA activities, and logistics coordination at the YTL Data Center and WYMY site. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth material flow, accurate inventory records, timely shipment arrangements, and efficient handling of defective parts and warranty claims. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technology and operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

RMA & Material Recovery

• Coordinate with customers and engineering teams to collect failure information, error logs, and supporting documents for defective parts.
• Process RMA requests and follow up with suppliers on warranty claims, replacements, and repair status.
• Maintain accurate records of all RMA transactions and material movements.
