Job Description
Service Engineer – PAYS / Mumbai
CTC Range: ₹4–5 LPA
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Electronics/Electrical (OEM/Automation preferred)
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Generate AMC revenue.
- Attend AMC/CMC requests as per customer requirements.
- Ensure timely response to AMC & breakdown calls, maintaining 100% machine uptime.
- Collect and share competitor information regularly.
- Ensure all supplied equipment is covered under AMC.
- Maintain records of maintenance tasks performed on machines & equipment.
- Keep customer complaints register updated at regular intervals.
- Communicate with clients/customers to identify technical servicing needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with high service standards.
- Language proficiency required: Regional language & English.
