【Summary】
• Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair for ZEISS products to meet the requirements from customer
• Build good relationship with customers and provide timely responses to all requests from both internal and external customers.
• Being self-motivated in learning, independent thinking, and able to collaborate with different teams.
• On-call duty shift and on-site support are necessary.
• Homebase is in Tainan, and cross region support is required based on business demand.
【Main Task】
• Work and perform in compliance with company’s regulation and request.
• Perform Technical Field Service activities
- Installation and commissioning of equipment
- Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
- Escalation support
- User Training / Customer Training
- Providing sales support
- All necessary reporting per company policy
• Demonstrate service skills and knowledge with high customer orientation
