Job Description
Responsibilities
- Service and repair of analytical instrument and lab equipment.
- Installation, commissioning and operation training of new systems.
- Calibration, preventive maintenance and instrument troubleshooting.
- Provide timely service reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics or relevant fields of study.
- Industrial Attachment/Field Service experience with laboratory equipment and/or scientific instruments would be of advantage.
- Fresh graduates or entry level candidates with good grades and potential can be considered.
- Highly motivated, achievement-driven and customer-service oriented.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
