Job Summary
Responsible for troubleshooting, overhauling and repair of vibration dampers, pumps, geared motors, gearboxes, and drive systems. Provide technical support to ensure reliable equipment operation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and execute repairs to restore equipment functionality
- Conduct vibration, temperature, noise, and performance inspections to monitor equipment condition
- Align pumps, motors, and gearboxes and verify proper installation to optimize system performance
- Troubleshoot issues such as excessive noise, vibration, overheating, oil leakage, and abnormal wear
- Inspect and replace bearings, seals, gears, brakes, and other components as needed to sustain equipment integrity
