Job Description
Visit customer locations to provide on-site technical support. Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and hardware-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals. Replace defective hardware components when required. Perform preventive maintenance and servicing. Update service reports after each customer visit. Coordinate with the technical support team for issue resolution. Maintain professional behavior while interacting with clients. Ensure timely completion of assigned service calls.
