Responsibilities * Installation and commissioning of AM systems. * Providing of training and support for customer AM machine operators, both on site and remotely. * Scheduled service and maintenance for the Renishaw AM product line. This will include maintenance of and upgrades to electronic, mechanical, software and optical assemblies. * Customer repairs call out on site diagnostics, fault finding and calibration services. * Product testing, performance measurement, data collection and report writing. * Customer relationship management * Service visits to be carried out in a timely manner in line with company expectations. * Ensure expenses and timesheets are submitted on time. * Always adhere to PPE requirements.
