Fault finding and troubleshooting, diagnostics. Consulting customers on equipment use and maintenance. Collaborating with the team to ensure high quality customer service. Performing preventive maintenance and modifications at customer locations. Daily communication with customers to ensure that their requests are resolved. Maintaining tools, test equipment and ensuring their correct calibration. Ordering spare parts. Working with CRM systems (using the escalation process in CRM to resolve customer service issues). Timely fulfilment of administrative duties, such as: maintaining customer service logs and internal service records.
