Job Description
Location: Apodaca, Monterrey, Mexico
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation, setup, calibration, and commissioning of new laser machines
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers
- Train end-users and customer maintenance personnel on safe operation and maintenance
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports and parts usage records
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with logistics team on parts ordering
- Provide field feedback to engineering and product management teams for product improvement
