Job Description
Responsibilities
- In charge of providing after‑sale service and support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for performing installation, retrofit & upgrade, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for electronics assembly and inspection equipment.
- In charge of diagnosing technical problem, determining the solution and assisting the customer in implementing the fix.
- Responsible for conducting on‑site evaluation for electronics assembly and inspection equipment at customer sites.
- Responsible for supporting sales in technical support and application of products.
- Min Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Min 2 years of experience in the Electronics and Semiconductor or Automation industry
