Job Description
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy machinery.
- Provide on‑site and remote technical support to customers and field technicians.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify equipment malfunctions and determine appropriate repair methods.
Maintenance & Repair
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Customer Service
