Job Description
To provide advanced technical support, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of high‑end automated bakery production lines, with a strong focus on industrial ovens, process control systems, and instrumentation. The role ensures optimal line efficiency, minimal downtime, and high reliability in continuous production environments.
Install and commission automated bakery production lines.
Perform system integration with PLC systems, HMI/SCADA interfaces, sensors and instrumentation.
Conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).
2. Advanced Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve complex faults in:
- Electrical systems (motors, drives, panels)
- Instrumentation (temperature, pressure, flow sensors)
- Control systems (PLC, PID loops, HMI interfaces)
Troubleshoot oven‑specific issues such as:
- Temperature uniformity deviations
- Burner or heating elemen...
