Job Description
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Technician who will be responsible for the assurance of IT hardware, software, connectivity, including new IT implementations are working well and in according with the IT governance and policies of company.

1. _Execute IT operational tasks in accordance with companyโs IT process for_
2. _Security (antivirus, incidents reports, etc.)_
3. _Servers (physical and virtual, databases, storages, backups, etc.)_
4. _Connectivity (Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi Controllers, AP, Links, etc.)_
5. _Workplace (software platform for end user based on OS Windows)_
6. _IT Inventory_
7. _Configuration Management_
8. _Change Management_
9. _Support and ensure all IT policies._
10. _Support all users, providing training in accordance with work instructions for each software._
