Hiring: Service Desk Analyst โ Level 1 (Japanese Speaker)
Location: Malaysia
Employment Type: Permanent
We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst โ Level 1 to join a global IT support team and provide firstโline technical support in a fastโpaced environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Japanese
- Good command of English
- 2+ years of IT Service Desk / Help Desk experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, O365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, iPhones/iPads, and MAC devices
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (ITSM) is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Office 365 issues
