Qualifications
✔ Completed at least 1st year in college
✔ Minimum 18 months BPO experience
✔ At least 12 months experience in Service Desk, IT Helpdesk, or Technical Support (under BPO or IT Shared Services)
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Working knowledge of desktop applications, operating systems, and hardware
