Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 support for IT incidents and service requests
  • Perform password resets, printer setup, and basic troubleshooting
  • Manage and update tickets in ServiceNow
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues
  • Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams when required
  • Support software installations and system updates
