Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, or chat.
- Log and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, Outlook, printers, and basic network issues.
- Reset passwords and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
- Support Office 365 and remote users.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support team.
- Update tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
- Provide support for healthcare applications (preferred).
Requirements
- 1+ year of Service Desk/IT Support experience.
- Mandatory experience in the Healthcare/Hospital domain.
- Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.).
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
- ITIL certification is an added advantage. ...
