Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Log and resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, Outlook, printers, and basic network issues.
  • Reset passwords and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
  • Support Office 365 and remote users.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support team.
  • Update tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Provide support for healthcare applications (preferred).

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Service Desk/IT Support experience.
  • Mandatory experience in the Healthcare/Hospital domain.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.).
  • Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • ITIL certification is an added advantage.
