Job Description
Service Designer
3 Month contract - Inside IR35 - up to £580 per day
London based - hybrid working - 2-3 days onsite
Government sector - must have current and active SC Clearance to be considered
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and deliver service design for public service in Discovery,
Apply a range of methods-e.g. stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry
Synthesise findings into clear, actionable outputs such as problem statements, user journeys, blueprints and flows
Translate insights into strategic priorities and design recommendations that inform product strategy and roadmap decisions
Collaborate with cross functional teams - User Researchers, Interaction Designers (UX / UI), Business Analysts and Technical leads to ensure materials are insight driven.
Communicate findings to varied audiences-through visual artefacts, presentations, and stakeholder playbacks
Facilitate workshops, playback sessions and show-and-tells to drive...
