Operational Excellence: Lead field service operations safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company cultural standards.
Financial Management: Oversee the operational Profit & Loss (P&L) , manage area budgets, and control costs while maximizing revenue.
Cash Flow Management: Forecast and manage inventory levels. Ensure accurate and timely customer billing and collections.
Resource Allocation: Assign personnel and equipment effectively to match the volume, complexity, and forecasting of customer jobs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across sales, engineering, supply chain, headquarters, technology and field teams to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery.
Customer & Commercial Alignment: Engage with customers and commercial teams to fully understand their requirements, forecasts, and contract constraints.
