Job Description

As Service Delivery manager, you will assume accountability for the correct delivery of all components of the signed contract between Telenet Business and the nominated top Telenet Business customers.


Your role as Service Delivery Manager: 


As SDM, you are the Telenet Business representative to the top customers by taking responsibility for several of the following elements:

  • The active contract management, monitoring the scope and contractually securing all partners and suppliers 
  • The follow-up, reporting and optimisation of the contract P&L including Up- and cross-selling of the contract via lead-passing and lead detection in cooperation with Sales and Solution Houses
  • You act as the functional team lead of all internal stakeholders (you will work closely with colleagues in your own Operations department, but also with the other Sales teams, Solutions House teams, BEAT and with the various external partners, etc. ) including commu...
