Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Director – Operations to lead large-scale, high-impact customer operations with a span of approximately 1,000 FTEs . This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across Collections and Customer Service (CSR) functions, ensuring strong business outcomes across efficiency, customer experience, compliance, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in leading complex, multi-layered operations and has a strong track record in transformation, stakeholder management, and large-scale service delivery. Exposure to Order-to-Cash (OTC) environments is highly desirable.
