Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- US MNC
- 6 months contract
- Scheduling for re-scheduling / PM / Sales Support / Breakdown calls / Installation & commissioning for TSEs and follow up with customer until closure of the activity.
- Proactively calling customer to confirm the appointment.
- MIV of parts for Technical Service Engineers
- Creation of jobsheets
- Administrator in maintaining the availability of all demo printers in the workshop
- Creation and ensuring of spare part and service labour quotations to be sent to customers.
- Proactively call and follow up on the customer PO to ensure that the delivery is on time
- Invoicing in FieldAware system of completed service report and send to Customer Service team for final invoicing.
- Cloud MIV to Customer Service Team
- Fieldaware monthly report and Accrual report to finance during closing.(Bi-weekly)
