Service Coordinator
Location: Sheffield
Temporary – potential to go permanent.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join our clients Sheffield's branch on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to play a key role in supporting our service operations and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling reactive customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Scheduling maintenance work, breakdown call‑outs, return visits, commissioning activities, and additional service requirements.
- Ensuring the effective utilisation of service engineers.
- Maintaining accurate service records and updating information on the service management system.
- Processing engineer job sheets through Protean, from completion through to invoicing.
