Housing support Youth Worker – Supported Accommodation – Leicestershire Looked after Children and Care leavers.
A fulfilling and exciting opportunity has become available for a support worker (Service Coordinator) post in our young person’s service in Oadby Leicestershire. The young people in our service may have left foster care, care homes, experienced family breakdowns or may be seeking asylum, and require a robust support network around them to empower them to gain independence.
