Job Description
Communicates with customer on service requirements, via email and social media flatforms
Manages dispatch schedules, required parts and cash advances needed by technicians
Coordinates with customer service dispatch schedules and permit requirements
Updates customer on service results by sending service report via email
Liaise internally with cross functional team to ensure seamless service operations
Ensures established KPI's are achieved
Maintains 5S standards
