Overview

Location: Edmonton, AB
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full‑Time, In‑Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service jobs: set up and maintain repair and maintenance work orders in company systems; ensure information is complete and accurate before work begins; track progress and update records throughout the repair process; monitor timelines and elevate potential delays to the appropriate team members.
• Support the planning and scheduling of repair activities, coordinating with technicians, supervisors, planners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
