Job Description
Service Centre Planning Manager
Location: Sendayan TechValley, Seremban, Malaysia (approximately 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport)
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Help develop and maintain the Service Centre forecasting and planning systems to maximise capacity utilisation.
- Assist in developing in‑house parts management and logistics systems.
- Coordinate priorities with the maintenance contractor together with the Technical Manager/Director.
- Process purchase orders and customer work scope requests from RR/Aether and third‑party customers.
- Raise purchase orders through the RRPF system for maintenance contractors, stand repair stations, logistics providers, spare parts suppliers, etc.
- Vet and process invoices from maintenance contractors, stand repair stations, logistics providers, spare parts suppliers through the RRPF system.
