What You’ll Do:
Manage the Schedule: Take inbound calls to facilitate service appointments and maintain the dealership’s daily workflow.
Customer Outreach: Perform outbound service campaign calls to remind clients of upcoming maintenance or follow up on no-show appointments.
Problem Solve: Act as a customer advocate, answering basic service questions and coordinating with technicians to provide real-time repair updates.
Digital Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone, text, online chat, and email using our [CRM/DMS] software.
